I was hosting a birthday party that I turned into a surprise engagement party. I wanted to be able to enjoy the night with no worries AND I wanted the food to be totally, completely, quintessentially modern-day New Orleans with full on flavor. My wife and I have used the Furlough Four since their inception during the pandemic. They are easily 5 stars in service, food, clean up, ease to work with and are just all-around wonderful people. They have done everything from a top of the line crawfish boil, several formal dinners, a cocktail party, and multiple office Christmas parties. Everything is performed to the highest standards, equal to or exceeding the highest of a 3 Michelin star restaurant. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending The Furloughed Four!

I cannot say enough good things about The Furloughed Four. I have enjoyed three dinners with them and each one was better than I could have imagined. Their team arrive early to your home and not a detail is missed. I love how each course is presented with details from the chefs who created them, while the sommeliers provide descriptions of each thoughtfully paired wine. The Furloughed Four provide a unique fine-dining experience that we didn’t even know we were missing!

My wife surprised me on my birthday with a dinner at a friends house hosted by the furloughed four. I was extremely impressed by how well all of them read the room and the guests and controlled the entire evening. The food and service were perfect, only to be surpassed by the charisma of each member of the furloughed four. This evening was so perfect and memorable that I will not host another event like this without them.
