Foxen has been a staple of the Santa Maria Valley for decades. We are thrilled and honored to be able to work with such a force in the wine industry. Partnering up with long time friend and owner of Foxen, Dick Dore, we have produced an exceptional chardonnay to go along our signature dish the Chorizo and Crawfish stuffed little neck clams. Yum!

Our community has gotten behind the Furloughed Four Chardonnay more than we could have ever hoped. We have the honor of having it available for retail purchase at the below Grocery stores and wine shops.

Since our first Furloughed Four Experience we have served our signature dish, the chorizo and crawfish stuffed little neck clams. Now with our own Private label wine we have the perfect wine to pair with the dish. The wine has lively acidity while also having classic chardonnay richness that makes it even more food friendly. The only way to experience this amazing pairing is to book a Furloughed Four experience for yourself!
